Wes Foderingham looks set to stay at Swindon after Bournemouth have seemingly ended their interest in the Goalkeeper.
Following the permanent signing of Lee Camp who’s been on loan at the club from West Brom since late October, Bournemouth no longer require a Goalkeeper.
Camp made 11 appearances in his initial loan spell at Dean Court, keeping 2 Clean Sheets.
Foderingham has been on Bournemouth’s radar for a while, and Foderingham’s former Swindon team-mate Matt Ritchie joined the Cherries on January deadline day last year.
The Swindon Stopper has become a key member of the Robins’ side since his loan move from Crystal Palace in October 2011 which became a permanent transfer just three Months later. He has made 122 appearances for the Wiltshire club in total.
He was infamously subbed in a 4-1 defeat at Preston last season by then Manager Paolo Di Canio after 41 minutes following a less than impressive performance in the eyes of the Italian.
There is no other interest in the 22 Year old Englishman currently. Bristol City and Bradford were keen on his signature in the summer but he opted to sign a 2 year extension to his contract at The County Ground.
